CONTINUING EDUCATION

ACE supports the ongoing professional development of its senior staff through a structured continuing education initiative. This initiative includes sponsorship for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) program, an internationally recognized master’s-level qualification in behavioral therapy.

The program is delivered through an online academic curriculum offered by a U.S.-based university and is typically completed within a duration of 18 to 24 months. In addition to financial sponsorship, ACE provides formal mentorship and supervisory support, which constitutes a mandatory component for successful program completion.

STAFF TRAINING

The majority of professionals joining ACE are recent postgraduates holding a Master’s degree in Psychology. ACE places strong emphasis on structured training and professional development to ensure that all staff members attain a high level of competency and clinical expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Training programs are designed in collaboration with NECC and are conducted in-house by senior clinical and academic professionals within the organization.

The staff training framework includes:

Comprehensive induction training spanning two weeks for all new staff, covering foundational principles of ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavior management, and communication-based interventions
Ongoing training modules throughout the year focusing on theoretical frameworks as well as applied clinical practice through role-based learning and behavior modeling
Periodic refresher and advanced skill-development sessions aimed at enhancing specialized competencies and addressing operational and clinical challenges encountered in professional practice
