Dr. Archana Nayar
Founder & Director
Dr. Archana (MBBS – Medicine, Masters in Public Health) is the Founder of ACE and The Special Child Trust (TSCT). As a parent of a child with autism, she firsthand recognized the significant gaps in services available in India for children with special needs when compared to global standards. Driven to bridge this divide, she brought together leading international experts in the field of autism to develop a comprehensive program that delivers research-backed interventions within an ethical, structured, and professional framework. Her vision is to bring about systemic change in the Indian autism landscape. Dr. Archana actively collaborates with multiple stakeholders to promote awareness, inclusion, and societal sensitization toward mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions. She currently serves as the Director of ACE, overseeing all aspects of the school’s academic and therapeutic programs.

Mr. Sameer Nayar

Sameer is a seasoned real estate investment and finance professional with over two decades of industry experience. He brings a global perspective and strategic leadership to the organizations he is associated with. He is the Founder and CEO of BuildSupply, a software development company focused on addressing complex, long-standing challenges within the real estate sector. Prior to this, Sameer served as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Finance for Asia-Pacific at Credit Suisse.
Driven by a deep commitment to creating a world-class ecosystem in India for children with special needs, Sameer co-founded The Special Child Trust (TSCT) and ACE. At ACE, he plays a key role in shaping the organization’s long-term strategic vision. He is also a Co-sponsor and Board Member of Children First, India’s first fully integrated institute for child and adolescent mental health.
