Autism Centre for Excellence (ACE) is more than just a workplace for me — it feels like a space of purpose and belonging. For the past four years, I have had the privilege of working closely with children on the autism spectrum and their families, witnessing small breakthroughs that turn into life-changing milestones. What makes ACE special is its heart-centered approach. Every child is seen, understood, and supported with patience and respect. The collaborative environment and constant encouragement to learn and evolve have helped me become a more confident and mindful therapist. ACE has provided me with hands-on clinical exposure, mentorship, and the space to explore creative therapeutic approaches. The emphasis on structured intervention along with compassion ensures that every child receives holistic support. The experience has strengthened my belief that when therapy is delivered with consistency, empathy, and collaboration, meaningful change is always possible."

My journey here with ACE as an ABA therapist has been deeply impactful. Working closely with children with special needs requires emotional strength, consistency, and teamwork. There have been many rewarding moments where I felt proud of the progress made by the children. At the same time, the role can be physically and emotionally. These experiences have made me more aware of the importance of maintaining both client care and therapist well-being. Despite the challenges, I value the learning and growth I have experienced here.

Ace has been my second home for almost three years and my very first workplace. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better beginning. The children, my colleagues, and my seniors feel like family. This organization doesn’t just shape you professionally; it transforms you personally. I’ve grown into a kinder, more patient, and compassionate individual because of my journey here. Ace will always be more than a workplace to me, it’s home.
