“The best way to predict the future is to create it”

– Abraham Lincoln

ACE was established to transform the Autism education landscape in India and we live by that mission every day. We not only provide the highest quality education to our children but also ensure that we are building the future generation of leaders in this space through our professional development opportunities. With training, mentoring and continuing education as our ethos, our teachers grow their knowledge and skills exponentially within a short span of time.

Professional Development

We hire teaching staff with a background in psychology, education and related fields. We prepare them for their roles with an intensive initial training and refreshers throughout the year. We are committed to growing our staff into increasing levels of seniority and responsibility as they gain skills over time.

ACE also sponsors a graduate programme in collaboration with an American university for its staff, where teachers can work towards a Masters degree in Behavioral Analysis (BCBA), as part of their continuing education. The programme is supported by credits from onsite work experience and mentorship at ACE.

Personal growth

At ACE, making an impact goes hand-in-hand with a fast learning curve. Not only is the work with children fulfilling, but it also builds a high degree of empathy, the ability to think on your feet to solve challenges and the skills to work effectively in a team framework.

LIFE@ACE

Our team is extremely dynamic and creative. We love letting our hair down and enjoying together as a family after a challenging day at work. All major festivals are celebrated with ACE kids, staff and families over good food, music and activities. The team is always looking forward to Fun FriYaYs, curated by our Fantastic Davichi team. Whether it is bonding over a game of Pictionary, a unique “baithak” experience, an afternoon of art and movement therapy or an outing, the fun never stops at ACE.
