our training programs to groom our new hires into thorough professionals with expertise in ABA therapy.
Our training programs have been developed in partnership with NECC and delivered in-house by senior
specialists in the organization.
CONTINUING EDUCATION ACE sponsors a continuing education program for its senior staff members. The program, known as
BCBA, is an international master’s degree in behavioral therapy. This program can be completed with online
course from an American university over a period of 18-24 months. In addition to the financial assistance,
ACE also provides mentoring support, which is a pre-requisite to complete the program.
STAFF TRAINING The training program includes -
  • Intensive 2- week initial training for all new staff on the principles of ABA, Autism, behavior
    and communication interventions
  • Training modules across the year focusing on theoretical concepts as well as practical application
    of skills learned through role plays and behavior modeling
  • Refresher trainings for specific skills and trouble-shooting challenges faced in the work environment
